Doomsday Mania: CCP’s Persecution of The Church of Almighty God in 2018
In the early 2018, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began to implement its new Regulations on Religious Affairs, thereby throwing a cloak of legitimacy over Xi Jinping’s “Sinicization of religion” policy. It also folded the State Administration for Religious Affairs into the CCP’s United Front Work Department to increase its control and suppression of religion, further laying bare the CCP’s evil attempts to completely ban religious beliefs and eradicate all religions in China. Its suppression and persecution of religious beliefs has been escalated to a political campaign, leading to a general deterioration in conditions for religion throughout China.
